Job summary

The Site Operations Coordinator at Tropicana’s Whitestone, NY plant will oversee and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service delivery. The role is onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 pm–4:00 am, with responsibilities including batching and assigning orders and supervising daily workflow.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing or distribution, strong communication and project reporting skills, and a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred).

Your Next Pour: The Opportunity

We are looking to add a Site Operations Coordinator to our Metro New York team. The role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation and high-quality service delivery. This position will be required to work onsite in our Whitestone, NY plant the following shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 pm - 4:00 am. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management principles, inventory control, and safety regulations. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include:
