Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis is seeking an Operational Excellence Business Partner to drive Lean projects and continuous improvement across the site. You will coach teams, deploy standards, and ensure sustainable Lean practices while partnering with site leaders.

This role requires a STEM degree, 3–5+ years in GMP environments, and strong problem-solving, RCA, and change-management skills. The position includes competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Engineering or Science) required.
• Minimum 3 years in a GMP facility (5+ preferred).
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or other productivity methods.

Responsibilities

• Support site agenda through direct project execution.
• Participate in Flow Team governance and lead improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate Operational Excellence training across organization levels.
