Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking an Operational Excellence Business Partner to support site Lean and continuous improvement initiatives at our Indianapolis area site. You will collaborate with site leadership to deploy Lean standards, coach teams, and drive RCA, FMEA, and HPR related activities.

The role emphasizes balance between hands-on execution and coaching, with responsibility for sustaining Lean maturity and MSOE alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field required.
• Minimum 3 years in a GMP facility; 5+ preferred.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing or related productivity methods.

Responsibilities

• Support site agenda through direct project execution.
• Lead improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate Lean training for all levels to sustain improvements.
• Coach teams in Lean tools including daily management and standard work.
• Lead events such as Kaizen and value stream improvements.
• Ensure organizational change management plans are in place.
