• 3+ years in Lean manufacturing or productivity disciplines is required; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team-based work.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Lean initiatives and sustain improvements.
• Coach teams in daily management, standard work, and A3 thinking.
• Facilitate RCA, FMEA, and HPR across functions.
• Execute and track Operational Excellence projects aligned to site goals.
• Partner with leaders to deploy MSOE-aligned practices and training.
• Advance change management and sustainment plans across the organization.
