Job summary

Solenis is seeking an Operational Excellence & PMO Leader for the Florence, KY site. You will drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, deploy CI roadmaps, and provide structured project leadership to accelerate the site from Manufacturing 1.0 to 4.0.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Technology, or Business preferred.
• 3–5+ years in manufacturing, operations, CI or project management.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; Green Belt acceptable with progress toward Black Belt.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma roadmap deployment and CI program at the Florence site.
• Provide PMO leadership across CAPEX and OPEX projects with governance and KPIs.
• Coach Operations Managers and frontline teams to build CI capability and discipline.
• Partner with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain for cross-functional project portfolios.
• Drive Manufacturing 4.0 initiatives and digital transformation aligned with site goals.
• Support daily/weekly/monthly performance review structures and reporting.
