Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Site Operations Assistant to provide management support at a company-owned IBS location. Responsibilities include inventory protection, asset management, and maintaining a clean, safe site environment.

You will develop vendor relationships, respond to customer inquiries, and work with the Site Manager to meet service levels and policy compliance. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• ASE certification within 12 months is preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach a small team while coordinating with management.

Responsibilities

• Support customer satisfaction and inventory management goals.
• Utilize tools to track value-added items for customers.
• Maintain local non-company vendor relationships and negotiate pricing.
• Respond to customer questions and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Ensure proper stock receipt, put-away, and inventory accuracy.
