Job summary

NAPA Site Manager for IBS location to lead a small team, safeguard inventory, and maintain a safe, clean work environment while ensuring service levels align with contract requirements.

You will partner with customer management, manage vendor relationships, and apply company policies to drive value, coach staff, and achieve high performance in a fast-paced automotive aftermarket setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certification within 12 months.
• Ability to manage two+ people, prioritize and delegate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Leadership in auto aftermarket environment preferred.
• Knowledge of store services in automotive aftermarket.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and parts research online.
• Experience operating a POS system.
• Ability to learn fleet management software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction and service levels.
• Manage inventory ROI and protect assets.
• Develop relationships with non-NAPA vendors and negotiate pricing/terms.
• Respond to customer questions and meet contract requirements.
• Collaborate with customer and company management to maximize IBS value.
• Source parts using approved IBS vendors and ensure timely receipts.
