Job summary

GPC in Largo, FL is seeking a Site Manager to provide management support at a company-owned IBS location. You will develop high-performing staff, oversee inventory protection, asset management and operations, and foster strong relationships with customers and staff.

The role emphasizes leadership across teams, adherence to contract requirements, and collaboration with management to maximize IBS program value. Experience in automotive aftermarket preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school and/or college degree a plus.
• ASE certified within twelve months.
• Ability to manage two or more people, prioritize and delegate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Experience in automotive after-market industry and leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and parts cataloging.

Responsibilities

• Customer satisfaction and relationship building with staff and customers.
• Inventory management and ROI tracking.
• Develop strategies with management to maximize IBS program value.
• Ensure alignment with contract requirements and service levels.
• Lead to achieve daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation per policy.
• Source parts from IBS vendors and manage non-company vendors.
• Ensure safety and hazmat training is completed timely.
