Job summary

SBM is hiring an Afternoon Site Supervisor in Canton, OH to safely coordinate activities within the program and supervise both company and temporary staff. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, OSHA compliance, and routine inspections, with a Monday–Friday shift 12pm–9pm and a salary range of $60,000–$65,000 per year.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of related experience; forklift certification may be required.

Qualifications

6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
Forklift certification may be required.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Strong communication, training, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate and monitor work activities; provide training and discipline as needed.
Prepare written reports such as pass-downs, weekly/monthly summaries.
Manage equipment and supply inventory; track maintenance and repairs.
Monitor PPE usage to ensure safety compliance and document findings.
Maintain records (training, inspections, attendance, metrics).
