Univar Solutions is hiring a CSR/Logistics Coordinator/Waste Management Specialist to support customer sites and oversee subcontractor performance as needed. The role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting analytical instruments and coordinating hazardous waste handling and shipping per RCRA, DOT, and EPA rules.

You will ensure safe operations, conduct site inspections, manage paperwork, and coordinate waste pickups with the Univar ChemCare office, carriers, and TSDF.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, UVX, and AS400; Access for database management and reporting; Excel proficiency.
• Classify waste per RCRA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
• Learn proper methods for handling hazardous materials and wastes.
• Customer service skills.
• Operate/maintain forklift per procedures.
• Use and maintain respirator equipment.
• CDL license if required.

Responsabilités

• Understand and apply RCRA, DOT, EPA regulations for hazardous waste handling.
• Prepare shipping paperwork for hazardous waste.
• Conduct site inspections and audits.
• Coordinate pickups and shipments with carriers and TSDF.
• Perform waste sampling and submittal to TSDF.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and site rules.
