Job summary

FeedMore WNY is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage a distribution site, ensuring on-time meal deliveries and strong relationships with staff and volunteers.

The role requires overseeing routes, supervising staff, coordinating volunteers, and maintaining site records. Candidates should have a high school diploma, customer service skills, and a valid NY driver's license. Some lifting may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented personality.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the site and ensure timely delivery of meals to recipients.
• Deliver meals as needed, potentially daily during peak periods.
• Test meal temperatures per NYS Health Department rules with guidance from FM RD.
• Supervise handling of equipment/food and ensure safety for delivery.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, evaluation and discharge.
