Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in data entry using a Warehouse Management System.
• Experience in training and employee development.
• LEAN manufacturing practices knowledge.
• OSHA safety training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce ORBIS Safety Programs.
• Review production metrics and KPI performance daily.
• Provide leadership by upholding ORBIS standards.
• Direct continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage inventory and maintain relationships with local customers.
• Lead hiring and development of service center staff.
• Ensure expedient payment of site invoices with Finance.
