Job summary

ORBIS Corporation in the United States is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee all activities at the service center, ensuring timely receipt, processing, and dispatch of materials while maintaining safety standards.

You will lead a diverse team, enforce ORBIS policies, manage inventory accurately, and drive continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and reduce waste. Travel 15–25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in data entry using a Warehouse Management System.
• Experience in training and employee development.
• Strong supervision of a production process, budget, and business operations.
• Strong skills in multi-tasking and proactive thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and enforcement of ORBIS Safety Programs.
• Daily review of production metrics and KPIs (Labor expense, Forklift/Machine Repairs, Cost/Sort, Sorts/Hour).
• Provide leadership to employees by demonstrating ORBIS standards and expectations on an everyday basis.
• Direct continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and eliminate waste throughout facility.
• Establish and maintain professional relationship with local customer.
• Achieve budgeted financial goals for service center.
• Accurate inventory management.
• Resolve any quality problems/complaints.
