Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Site Manager to direct company programs and implement policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between SBM and the customer. The role involves directing schedules, safety, quality, and service while working to maintain budget goals.

The Site Manager will coordinate supervisors, manage resources, report labor hours and expenses, and act as liaison with customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel and assigns routes.
• Inspects and evaluates establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
• Maintains inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate budgets and cost estimates; identify reductions.
• Assist in promoting services to develop markets and increase market share.
• Ensure site meets budget goals and safety regulations.
• Liaise with customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Report labor hours, overhead, expenses, and billing; forecast changes.
• Some travel required; maintain a safe work environment.
