Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Brentwood, TN seeks a Manager of Site Operations to support day-to-day digital commerce, validate customer journeys, and coordinate issue resolution across business and technology teams for a high-traffic eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end testing, pricing validation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve quality, release readiness, and scalability during major events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eCommerce or digital site operations experience.
• Hands-on testing of live customer journeys (UAT/QA) from a business-ops perspective.
• Experience validating pricing and promotions and resolving discrepancies.
• Strong cross-functional communication translating issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day website operations support to ensure accurate, reliable shopping experience.
• Test end-to-end journeys (search, product page, cart, checkout) and document defects.
• Validate pricing and promotions on the site and confirm fixes after resolution.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Merchandising, Marketing, and Customer Support to triage issues.
• Track metrics, identify trends, and propose efficiency improvements.
