Job summary

MaziCTools in the United States seeks a Manager, Digital Operations to evolve ecommerce processes, technology, and organizational capabilities, ensuring a seamless customer experience across platforms.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, own website operations, manage promotions and product data, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement with agile practices and strong collaboration with IT, product management, and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Technology, eCommerce, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of operational experience in an eCommerce environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment managing priorities across channels.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce and retail business practices.
• Experience with online digital consumer solutions such as CMS, eCommerce, promotions tools, and PIM.

Responsibilities

• Drive excellence in execution, process improvement, cross-functional alignment, and integration of business initiatives into daily eCommerce operations.
• Oversee all website operations and ownership of site maintenance related to the eCommerce platform components.
• Create processes for cross-functional teams related to website product setup, pricing, content, and promotions and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, IT, Customer Service, and Distribution Center to resolve production issues relating to website functionality, order inquiries, and data.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of direct reports.
• Provide on-call support for promotions and launches outside of normal hours.
• Lead holiday readiness efforts for eCommerce.
• Build and maintain relationships with platform component vendors; discuss issues and optimization opportunities.
