Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Digital Quality Engineering Program Manager (Retail eCommerce) to lead end-to-end QA and QE managed services for a large-scale digital retail environment. You will collaborate with customer stakeholders, delivery leaders, digital product teams, and distributed onsite and offshore teams to ensure quality excellence.

The role emphasizes driving automation, CI/CD, and continuous testing while managing governance, SLAs, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering with 8+ years in test program management.
• Experience leading large-scale quality managed-services engagements with governance and SLAs.
• Strong domain expertise in retail and e-commerce across digital commerce, OMS, fulfillment.
• Proven ability to lead distributed onsite and offshore teams and manage vendors.
• Experience developing automation strategies and CI/CD/CT practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital QA managed services for Digital Commerce, OMS, fulfillment, and related areas.
• Own quality engineering strategy, governance, delivery, release readiness, and executive reporting.
• Direct distributed teams, manage vendor performance, and address escalations.
• Drive quality transformation through automation adoption and continuous testing.
• Coordinate knowledge-transfer, operational readiness, and program-level communications.
