Job summary

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with variable hours as needed by the business. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience are required, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field and 2–5 years of experience.
• Bilingual a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct company programs and ensure contract compliance with customers.
• Plan and develop work schedules, assign personnel to routes and review service requests.
• Inspect facilities for safety, quality and service compliance.
• Monitor budgets, labor hours, expenses, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with customers, clients, employees and subcontractors on contracts.
