Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Manager for Sacramento, CA to direct programs and enforce policy, ensuring contract duties are met with customers.

You will plan service schedules, assign routes, inspect facilities for safety and quality, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors. A Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience is required, plus strong communication skills and a willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field with 2–5 years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Assigns personnel to routes and evaluates service delivery.
• Inspects facilities for safety, quality and program compliance.
• Audits and maintains inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Liaises with customers, clients and subcontractors; supports contract execution.
