Job summary

Northrop Grumman in the United States is hiring an entry-level leadership Site Manager 1 within the Bacchus Value Stream Operations Team. This role ensures safety, quality, delivery, employee development and cost objectives are met.

You will direct all phases of assigned location program objectives and oversee site day to day activities, including timesheets, performance evaluations, facility, safety and daily production, while providing leadership and career development to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years’ experience manufacturing, or Master’s Degree and 3 years’ experience in manufacturing
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
• Excellent interpersonal/leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to work with and satisfy internal and external customers and suppliers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Presentation skills and ability to clearly communicate initiatives plans and expectations
• Computer skills to include Word, Excel, Power Point, Pilgrim

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of assigned location program objectives from inception through completion
• Responsible for site specific technical statement of work / performance and overall site operations
• Oversees all site day to day activities including timesheets, evaluations, facility, safety and daily production
• Provides leadership, guidance, and career development to all site employees
• Ensures adherence to Northrop Grumman and PS HR policies
• Maintains close coordination with the OA and Site 2 Manager
