Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an entry-level Site Manager 1 to lead a site operations team within the Bacchus Value Stream. You will ensure safety, quality, delivery, employee development and cost objectives are met at the assigned location.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant manufacturing experience and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ manufacturing experience, or Master’s Degree with 3 years’ manufacturing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal/leadership skills and ability to work with internal/external customers and suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to present initiatives, plans and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of assigned site program objectives from inception through completion.
• Oversee site day-to-day activities including timesheets, performance evaluations, facility, safety, security and daily production.
• Provide leadership and career development to site employees; ensure adherence to policies and quality standards.
