Qualifications

• One year certificate or two to three years related HHG management experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain CDL A within 6 months.
• Ability to obtain Commonwealth of Virginia Weigh Master Permit.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily workload of the service center from an operational and warehousing perspective.
• Coordinate planning and dispatching to maximize asset utilization and productivity.
• Review paperwork with crews to ensure readiness and understanding of expectations.
• Provide directions for cost-effective routing to jobsites.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure cleanliness and compliance.
• Manage staffing through recruiting, hiring, and retention.
• Document service issues and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Maintain terminal profitability and oversee dispatch-related tasks.
