CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Manager – Site to lead operations onsite at a customer location in Front Royal, VA. You will oversee daily execution, service delivery, safety outcomes, and the onsite relationship with the customer.

This role requires guiding fleet and dispatch teams, managing site budgets, ensuring DOT compliance, and driving continuous improvement across operations. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and potential travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite operations at a customer location with focus on safety, service, and profitability.
• Supervise fleet and dispatch managers and staff to ensure accountability.
• Own customer relationship and lead rate discussions and business reviews.
• Manage site budgets and monitor cost drivers to drive profitability.
• Promote DOT compliance and safety policies.
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and safety teams to optimize resources.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain attendance and be flexible to support operations beyond hours.
