You will coach supervisors, manage labor and multi-shift operations, and build strong customer relationships while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible schedule to support operational needs.
• Multi-site and 3PL experience preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, including customer relations, labor management, quality, safety, and performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and managers while fostering engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal leadership.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency.
• Monitor and achieve customer KPIs across functional areas.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer policies and safety requirements.
• Provide leadership and support to supervisors, leads, and warehouse associates.
