Qualifications

• Transportation experience required.
• 4 Year degree in Supply Chain or 5 years in Transportation management, managing Class A drivers and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies and compliance are followed across all staff and operations.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, training, and development of associates at the site.
• Manage route efficiency, customer service, and billing/activity review with the billing department.
• Audit DOT logs, hours of service, and safety records; drive improvements in safety performance.
• Lead monthly safety checks and tailgate meetings; enforce company policies and regulatory requirements.
