Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business or Logistics Management preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 10 years supervising or managing production, warehouse, or logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and scheduling to meet customer requirements.
• Review production plans to ensure resources and capacity.
• Lead site meetings and maintain effective communication with direct/indirect reports.
• Provide project resources and support for site and corporate initiatives.
• Monitor financial planning and site budget performance.
• Support ABW quality, food safety, and personal safety initiatives.
• Report on KPIs and participate in quality and safety reviews.
• Foster cross-functional leadership and team development.
• Walk the floor with active involvement to drive improvements.
