Job summary

Guided Search Partners is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager for a highly automated beverage manufacturing facility in Indiana. You will lead two buildings, ~44 team members, and manage safety, output, inventory, and warehouse systems to ensure on-time delivery.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach supervisors, and optimize labor and schedules while partnering with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and other plant functions to strengthen execution and safety across 24/7

Qualifications

6+ years of warehouse or logistics experience.
6+ years of Warehouse Management System experience.
Manhattan WMS experience preferred.
ERP or warehouse systems experience.
ASRS, AGV, or LGV experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse execution with safety, output, inventory, systems, automation, and team performance.
Oversee two-building operation with ~44 team members and multiple supervisors.
Manage inbound/outbound material flow and monthly inventory reconciliation.
Drive continuous improvement through warehouse KPIs and system improvements.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, and other plant functions.
