Job summary

PSC Group is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee on-site workgroups ensuring safe, efficient daily operations at our Seadrift facility in Texas. You will enforce procedures, coach team members, manage scheduling and equipment to meet production needs, and uphold company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluent English; hearing and vision required.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality required.
• Work outside in extreme heat or extreme cold.
• Exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, or other industrial conditions.
• Wear PPE and pass relevant medical examinations.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages site-level workgroups to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality daily operations
• Enforces procedures, safety policies, and work instructions to maintain compliance and operational consistency
• Monitors team productivity and performance, providing coaching and corrective action as needed
• Coordinates labor, equipment, and scheduling to meet customer and production requirements
• Maintains communication with leadership and other departments to support operational goals
• Promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among team members
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
