Job summary

Petroleum Service Corporation is seeking a Switching Operations Supervisor to lead site teams, ensuring safe, efficient daily operations at our Port Arthur facility.

You will enforce procedures, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on safety and reliability. This on-site role includes a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend requirements and a strong emphasis on teamwork and compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; reading, writing and speaking.
• On-site work with punctuality expected.
• Willingness to work outdoors in extreme heat/cold and PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages site-level workgroups to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality daily operations
• Enforces procedures, safety policies, and work instructions to maintain compliance and operational consistency
• Monitors team productivity and performance, providing coaching and corrective action as needed
• Coordinates labor, equipment, and scheduling to meet customer and production requirements
• Maintains communication with leadership and other departments to support operational goals
• Promotes a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among team members
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
