This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations, developing employees, and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations while promoting a strong safety culture
• Maintain compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity
• Manage employee performance through coaching, training, and accountability
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and work schedules to meet operational and customer needs

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience preferred
• Industrial, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or related experience preferred

• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Regular attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to wear required PPE and pass any associated medical evaluations
• Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, and other site conditions
