Job summary

Air Products Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a team of Operators, Drivers and Vehicle Mechanics at the Glenmont facility.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will coordinate with logistics, maintenance and technical support to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations around the clock. You will develop and coach staff, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while upholding Air Products' safety, productivity and customer-service commitments in the

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial plant, manufacturing, or operations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience required/preferred.
• Experience in industrial gas, chemical, or process plant operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and lead safety culture across operations, maintenance and logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with company, environmental, health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, training and performance management for operations staff.
• Support safe operation of air separation unit, nitrogen liquefiers, and fleet maintenance.
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure reliable production and on-time delivery in Northeast region.
• Identify issues, implement corrective actions, and drive preventative maintenance improvements.
