Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor for our Glenmont, NY facility to lead a team of Operators, Drivers, and Vehicle Mechanics. You will ensure safety, reliability, and 24/7 operations while coordinating with maintenance, logistics, and technical support teams.

You will drive performance, coaching, and development, manage regulatory compliance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the Northeast region.

Qualifications

5+ years in industrial plant, manufacturing, or operations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
Experience leading operators, drivers, and maintenance teams.
Strong safety, regulatory compliance, and process-improvement focus.

Responsibilities

Lead safety culture and ensure program compliance.
Oversee operation of the air separation unit and fleet maintenance.
Coordinate daily activities for the Northeast region.
Provide coaching, training, and performance management.
Drive continuous improvement and MOC initiatives.
Interface with engineering, logistics, and regulatory bodies.
