Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to lead operations at our Dundee, MI and Trenton, MI sites. You will manage site teams, safeguard client satisfaction, and coordinate resources to deliver on jobs and audits.

This role requires strong leadership, field experience in manufacturing, and excellent communication with clients and suppliers. Travel up to 50% and adherence to quality policies are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience.
• Experience managing manufacturing or automotive operations is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proficiency in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of TRIGO on the site(s), ensuring client satisfaction and building solid relationships.
• Communicate clearly and transparently with the client.
• Develop business with existing clients, including upselling with support from Sales.
• Provide site information for quotations and opportunities.
• Monitor regional finances and KPI performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and policies.
• Lead and develop site teams; collaborate with HR for staffing and disciplinary actions.
• Analyze technical requirements and identify resources; support development of site-level expertise.
• Ensure documentation, traceability, and up-to-date information.
