Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions seeks a Site Manager to support the Metro Detroit area. You will oversee site operations, manage teams, ensure client satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement in site performance.

The role emphasizes relationship building with clients, coordination of resources, and maintaining quality standards in line with customer KPIs. Travel up to 50% may be required, with collaboration across Operations and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in local language and English required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Ability to travel up to 50% and read blueprints/manufacturing data.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of TRIGO on site(s), ensuring client satisfaction and building solid relationships.
• Ensure clear and transparent communication to the client and provide site performance updates.
• Develop business with existing clients, upsell opportunities with support from Sales for quotations.
• Provide site information for new opportunities and assist with quotations insight.
• Monitor regional KPIs, contracts and quality inspections with customer feedback.
