• Operational/Quality background with overview capabilities.
• Management responsibilities (operational and staff management).
• ISO and relevant quality experience required.

• Ensure client overall satisfaction by addressing their needs quickly and effectively.
• Optimize site performance and efficiency.
• Develop business with existing clients on farming and upselling.
• Monitor the region's contracts/missions for proper documentation.
