Easton Select Group seeks a Site Manager to oversee daily operations, lead field and office teams, and drive profitability at a Holliston, MA location. You will manage service delivery, scheduling, and budgeting while ensuring safety and quality across projects and services.

The role focuses on customer experience, operational excellence, and growth support for a multi-brand pool services and construction business. Travel between sites is expected in this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of operational leadership, field management, or service management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between job sites and company locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service, construction, and retail operations for assigned location.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, workflow coordination, and operational execution.
• Ensure projects and service work are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, service quality, and operational performance.
• Support process improvements and operational consistency across departments.
• Lead, coach, and develop field and office staff.
