Job summary

Saint-Gobain seeks a Site Operations Manager in Wayne, NJ to drive performance across manufacturing, maintenance, facilities, digital manufacturing, and automation. You will lead Manufacturing Unit Leaders, Maintenance Supervisor, Project Engineers, and the Digital Manufacturing team to deliver excellence.

You will shape leadership capability, elevate execution discipline, and build a strong pipeline of operational talent while partnering with site leaders to transform and improve overall site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, business, or related field required. MBA in engineering, operations, business, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in a complex industrial environment.
• 5+ years of people leadership managing leaders, supervisors, engineers, maintenance, or technical teams with KPI oversight.
• 3+ years of cross-functional improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, OPEX).

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Manufacturing Unit Leaders, the Maintenance Supervisor, Project Engineers, and the Digital Manufacturing and Automation team.
• Strengthen leadership capability, sharpen execution discipline, and build a pipeline of operational talent.
• Work closely with site leadership including the Tech Center Manager, Quality Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Site Performance and Operational Excellence Leader, and HR Manager.
• Help drive transformation, elevate site performance, and develop the people who make it possible.
