Job summary

SES in Delanco, New Jersey, seeks a Plant Manager & Site Operations Leader to own a complex manufacturing operation, combining strategic planning with hands-on plant leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience.
• Experience in a $50M–$150M manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement track record.
• Experience leading salaried managers and large hourly workforces, including union-represented employees.
• Strong financial acumen across budgets, labor productivity, inventory, and profitability.
• ERP experience; Infor M3 experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in make-to-order or discrete manufacturing environments is highly desirable.

SES is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to identify a Plant Manager & Site Operations Leader who will take ownership of a complex manufacturing operation in Delanco, New Jersey. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands‑on plant leadership.

About the Role

You will oversee the complete order-to-delivery operation and play an important role in improving performance, developing the team, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day site operations across manufacturing, planning, quality, receiving, warehousing, shipping, customer service, and order management.
• Driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Leading Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Developing operating plans that support growth, profitability, and customer commitments.
• Managing key financial and operational drivers including budgets, labor productivity, inventory, capital expenditures, and working capital.
• Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing leadership team.
• Partnering cross-functionally to support new products, customer requirements, and broader business objectives.
