Job summary

Saint-Gobain North America invites an experienced Site Operations Manager for our Wayne, NJ manufacturing campus. You will lead manufacturing, maintenance and facilities, drive digital manufacturing initiatives and champion operational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 8+ years of manufacturing leadership, 5+ years of people leadership, and 3+ years of cross‑functional improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/TPM).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
8+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
5+ years of people leadership managing leaders, supervisors, engineers, maintenance or technical teams.
3+ years of leading cross-functional improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or similar).

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire Manufacturing Unit Leaders, the Maintenance Supervisor, Project Engineers, and the Digital Manufacturing and Automation team.
Strengthen leadership capability, sharpen execution discipline, and build a strong pipeline of operational talent.
Work closely with site leadership, including the Tech Center Manager, Quality Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Site Performance and Operational Excellence Leader, and HR Manager.
Help drive transformation, elevate site performance, and develop the people who make it possible.
