Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience.
• Experience in a $50M–$150M manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement track record.
• Experience leading salaried managers and large hourly workforces, including union-represented employees.
• Strong financial acumen across budgets, labor productivity, inventory, and profitability.
• ERP experience; Infor M3 experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in make-to-order or discrete manufacturing environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across manufacturing, planning, quality, receiving, warehousing, shipping, customer service, and order management.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives delivering measurable operational gains.
• Develop operating plans that support growth, profitability, and customer commitments.
• Manage budgets, labor productivity, inventory, capex, and working capital.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Partner cross-functionally to support new products and broader business goals.
