Ashland Specialty Ingredients, GP is seeking a Senior Supply Chain & Logistics Leader for its Hopewell, VA site. This highly visible role drives material movement, storage, and distribution to ensure raw materials and finished goods reach destinations with safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will lead a site team, collaborate with internal and external partners, optimize inventory and transportation, and negotiate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• 5–10+ years manufacturing or supply chain experience.
• 3+ years supervisory and leadership experience.
• SAP (or equivalent) experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted organization.

Responsibilities

• Owns, oversees, and manages movement, storage, and distribution of site raw materials and finished goods.
• Leads a distinct team at the Hopewell site to ensure material availability and timely delivery with quality and compliance.
• Oversees safety, warehousing, cycle counting, tolling, and 3rd party storage.
• Collaborates with onsite/offsite resources to optimize inventory, transportation, and vendor negotiations.
• Balances technical skills with soft skills to maximize onsite team capability.
