Job summary

MPW Industrial Services is seeking a dependable Technician to support operations by performing hands-on industrial cleaning and labor tasks at various job sites. You will help maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments while following MPW safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

The role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to perform physical labor on 8–12 hour shifts, with travel to sites as needed and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and maintain professional conduct with coworkers and customers.
• Perform industrial cleaning and labor support as directed by leaders or account managers.
• Operate manual tools and equipment safely to support job completion.
• Monitor processes to ensure quality standards and efficiency.
• Identify and report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized; comply with PPE requirements.
• Complete daily documentation such as shift summaries and logs as requested.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Follow company policies and supervisor instructions, and OSHA/MPW safety standards.
• Communicate progress and issues clearly to supervisors and team.
