Job summary

Flexcar is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the Houston hub, driving efficiency, cost control, and an exceptional member experience. You will oversee fleet readiness, staffing, vendor management, and ensure full P&L compliance while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include hiring and training the team, managing costs, and collaborating with HQ to implement programs. You will help propel growth and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations, fleet readiness, and vendor relations.
• Own site performance, including hiring, training, and leadership.
• Manage local P&L costs to drive profitability and growth.
• Ensure consistent service, fleet, and inventory execution.
• Monitor KPIs: inventory, turnaround, NPS, utilization, cost per mile.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience with clean cars and timely orders.
