Job summary

T&G Constructors in Miami, FL is seeking an Assistant Site Operations Manager to support the Site Operations Manager and Project Managers. You will help plan, lead and coordinate all field activities, oversee safety, subcontractors, on-site manpower, equipment and materials to keep projects on schedule.

This role reports to the Director of Operations and requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain quality and ensure compliance with contract documents.

Qualifications

• Four-year construction degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of construction experience.
• Ability to lead and evaluate craft performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating all field activities.
• Support safety program and pre-task planning.
• Maintain quality control and project documentation.
• Update schedules, look-ahead and milestones.
• Manage equipment, materials, and site logistics.
