El Car Wash seeks a Site Manager to lead our Jacksonville location, owning daily operations, staffing, and financial results. You will hire, coach, and grow a high-performing team while delivering fast, friendly service and strong customer loyalty.

You will analyze performance data, maintain equipment uptime, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement to meet site goals. Bachelor's degree preferred; evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Ability to develop and retain top performers.
• Strong financial literacy around labor, revenue, and costs.
• Operationally excellent with balance of speed, safety, quality and efficiency.
• Willingness to make decisions when issues arise.
• Ability to address conflicts directly and constructively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
• Knowledge of car wash equipment, maintenance, and safety practices.
