Fuse in Albuquerque seeks a hands-on site operations leader to run the Albuquerque site end-to-end, including people, schedule, facilities, safety, and customer coordination. You will build operating cadence, processes, and a team to scale, manage staffing, budget, vendors, and ensure safe, compliant operations while coordinating with technical and business groups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building or running operations in a fast-moving startup or complex industrial environment.
• Proven ability to create people, processes, and systems where gaps exist.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on decision making and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for day-to-day operations and performance of the Albuquerque site.
• Build operating cadence, processes, and team needed to scale the site.
• Coordinate shot campaign scheduling across technical and business teams and remove obstacles.
• Oversee staffing, budget, vendors, contractors, maintenance, and facilities.
• Identify problems early and drive resolution rather than waiting for direction.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, site visits, audits, inspections, and external stakeholders.
• Support contract execution and government customer activity at the site.
• Manage risks across safety, schedule, budget, and staffing with clear mitigation recommendations.
• Create practical operating systems for maintenance, safety, shift handoffs, and visitors.
