Qualifications

• Industry: 3 years in staffing, and/or sales.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical: Digital Literacy: MS Suite, SharePoint, Outlook, Workforce Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site operations and talent management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Prepares and delivers client-specific reports, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation.
• Manages client orders and aligns resources with client needs in real time.
• Performs talent engagement activities including new-hire check-ins and support.
• Reviews performance metrics and safety feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Handles end-of-day wrap-up tasks including safety reports and data reconciliation.
