Job summary

Champion Xpress Carwash in Delta, CO seeks a Site Leader to oversee daily operations, drive sales and profits, and uphold our brand values, safety standards, and customer-first culture in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead site production, staffing, training, and performance reviews while delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean, safe facility, and ensuring equipment reliability and uptime across tunnel, lot, lobby, restrooms and — importantly — smiling customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Related management experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations, production, labor, and profitability.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, safe site and brand standards.
• Hire, promote, and terminate staff.
• Drive sales, memberships, and loyalty programs.
• Prepare operational reports and conduct weekly coaching.
