Glide Xpress Car Wash is seeking a Site Leader to own the performance of a multi-location car wash site, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving results in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

You will recruit and coach teams, manage daily operations, and optimize labor and resources while maintaining safety standards and site presentation. The role offers growth into higher leadership tracks within Glide Xpress.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop your team; lead team meetings and build a high-performance culture.
• Manage labor, utilities, and chemical usage to hit budget targets and grow membership.
• Oversee payroll, employee records, audits, reporting, and inventory management.
