Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Related management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day team leading, training, and coaching while upholding company values and brand standards.
• Lead the team in absence of the Site Leader & Assistant Site Leader.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure safety procedures and policies are followed and the site is clean and well-maintained.
• Drive sales, memberships, and loyalty programs.
• Handle daily reporting and process training activities.
